A discussion was held concerning the
expired variance for Bob Miron for a
mobile home on his property located on
East Southlake Blvd. Mr. Miron
stated the mobile home is now empty
as his mother had returned up north,
and that the mobile home is now up
for sale.
gasper x Motion was made and approved to
Loford x x x permit Miron to keep the unoccupied
y a mobile home on the property for a

expiration date, which is July 30,
for the purpose of selling it.
CASE #24
Mr. Joe Smith of Southlake requested
a variance to the Zoning Ordinance
No. 261, by requesting to place a
Taxidermy business on his property
described as 1 acre of land out of the
John T. Bailey Survey, Abstract 97.
His residence is also located on the
w, property.
The request was properly advertised,
notice was sent to property owners
within 200'. There were no replies.

CASE #25
Consideration was given to the request
made by Ms. Ann Russell for a variance
to the Zoning Ordinance No. 261. Ms.
Russell requested to subdivide her
land known as 1.5 acre tract of land
* in the Thomas M. Hood Survey, Abstract
706, Tract 8A3.
It was established that proper notice
had been given and property owners
notified. The following property
owners were present and spoke against
the variance. Primary reason, potential
septic problems. Gary Tider, Bill
Runyan, Ginger Welch.
m Ms. Novelle Crumbaker was present and
spoke in favor of the request.

With no further business, the meeting
was adjourned by Ms. Kasper.
