meeting were approved as presented.

CASE # 22 Consider the request made CASE #22
by Robert W. Miron for a variance to APPROVED
the Zoning Ordinance No. 261. The FOR
request is for temporary use of a VARIANCE
40 mobile home for dwelling purposes.
Public Hearing.
Mr. Robert Miron was present and
answered questions for the board. He
informed the board that currently
he lives on Worth Street in Grapevine
and is in the process of building a
new home on White Chapel Road. He
indicated that he in fact moved the
w" mobile home in question onto his
property located on Highway 1709 in
r November 1981. As stated in his
request, his 80 year old mother is
currently living in the mobile home
in an effort to have her attended to
during the day. However, in April,
1982, his mother will be returning
to Michigan and he agreed if granted,
to remove the mobile home from the
property at that time..

to approve the deviation through

motion. The vote was in favor.
The meeting was adjourned by chairman
Booker.
