The regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustments was called
to order at 7:30 p.m. on September 14,1981, by chairman, George
Kolb.

Chairman Kolb reviewed Case # 20, for the board members. He
indicated that Mr and Mrs Steve Ryan are requesting a variance
from the zoning Ordinance No. 261, by placing a mobile home
on their property while they build a new home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ryan were present for the meeting.
After discussion, a motion was made and approved by a 4-2 vote,',,-
to allow the mobile home to be placed on the property located in
the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract 899, while a new home is being
built. The variance is for a period of 9 months.
