REQUEST IS FOR A VARIANCE, DUE TO HARDSHIP.

Dear Mr. Hall:
0 The City of Southlake's Zoning Board of Adjustments met on June 28,
0 1iriw 1979, to review Mr. James H. Hall's request for variance, in accor-
dance with City of Southlake's letter dated June 13, 1979. The
00 Board consisted of the following quorum:
1. Bob Lyford
„ 2. Mary Dorsett
3. Carolyn Poe
4. George Kolb
After discussion regarding the hardship circumstances involved in
this request, it was unanimously agreed by the board to grant Mr.
Hall the conditional variance to locate a mobile home on'the
property outlined on the plot plan provided by Mr. Hall under the
following conditions:
1. Authority was granted for a period of
5 years to provide a dwelling for Mr.
Hall's grandparents.
2. At the end of the 5-year-period, Mr. Hall
or his representative will meet with the
Zoning Board of Adjustments to consider
an extension of this period if his grand-
parents are still occupying the facility.

3. At any time during the 5-year-period that
Mr. Hall's grandparents do not occupy the
trailer, it was mutually agreed that the
W trailer would be removed within 60 days.
4. Installation of the water, sewage, electricity,
and foundation will all be provided in strict
accordance with the standard codes of the City
of Southlake.
5. It was agreed that this letter would be
circulated to all members of the Board
and the above described variance granted
upon receipt of a signed copy of this
letter from all board members.

in the best inter st of both you as a citizen and the City of
Southlake as co unity.
