variance given to Nolan Lemons, concerning mobile
home placed on his property, temporarily.
Mr. Lemons was present and indicated that he was in fact approximately

home on his property, until the first meeting in April,1980.
Agenda Item 2. Consider: Case # 9. Discuss the status of the
variance given to James H. Hall, concerning mobile

contact Mr. Hall and Mr. Rockenbaugh concerning the mobile home.
Agenda Item 3. Consider: Case # 13. Request of Bert M. Yetman
to begin construction of his home prior to completion
of rezoning and subdividing as per city ordinances.
4.9 acre tract of land is located in the Thomas
Hood Survey, Abstract 706.
Public Hearing.
~.r Mr. and Mrs. Yetman were present and explained to the board their need
for a building permit prior to completion of the zoning reque-sted,
which is due to the fact that when they purchased the property, they
were unaware of the requirements to rezone and therefore proceeded
with the building of their home.
After discussion, Mr. Merrill moved to give a variance to Mr Yetman,
letting him proceed with a building permit. The motion was seconded
by Eleanor Kasper. The vote was taken and was unanimous in favor.
