Agenda Item I. Case # 7. David B. Arnold is filing appeal of
denial for permission to move a termporary
building onto his property in the Agricultural
Zoning District.
Mr. Arnold was present to explain the request to the zoning board
members. He explained that his mother is unable to take care of
herself and refuses to leave a temporary building made for her by
her late husband. Mr. Arnold wanted to move the building onto his
property at Box 49-B, Dove Road, so he would be able to look after
her. He wants to place the building directly behind his home.
After discussion they board voted to grant Mr. Arnold permission to
move the building for a period of 5 years. At that time he will
again have to have a hearing if he needs the variance for a longer
period of time.
Meeting adjourned by chairman, Colon Sweet, at 7:40 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Mary Dorsett, secretary
