Carroll Avenue BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING June 11, 1992 7 P M MEMBERS PRESENT: Arthur Sorenson, Chairman, Fred Joyce, Karen Reynolds, Alternate #1 and Sharon Hobbs, Alternate #2. MEMBERS ABSENT. Robert Downard, Joe Bentley, Dennis Minder. STAFF PRESENT: Karen Gandy, Zoning Administrator, Jean Bryson, Building Secretary. Agenda Item # 2 Administrative Comments. Mr. Sorenson, Chairman, stated that the election of a Vice Chairman will be at the June 25th meeting. Mrs. Gandy, Zoning Administrator, reported that The applicant asked Case #151 to be tabled until the June 25th Meeting and there 3 cases for July 16th meeting. Agenda Item # 3 ZBA Case # 150, Special Exception Use Permit ZBA Case # 150, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) for an accessory building of a size greater than 1,000 square feet as permitted in the "SF-lA" zoning district. The location is 1450 Sunshine Lane, being legally described as Lot 1, F. Throop No. 1511 Addition. The owner applicants are Joel and Virgina Darden. A presentation was made by Karen Gandy, Zoning Administrator. She reported that fourteen (14) letters were sent to property within 200 feet. There was one response in favor of the request. Public Hearing. A representative was not present for comment. There was no opposition to the request. Public Hearing Closed. After a lengthy discussion a motion was made to grant Case # 150, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 W (3) for and accessory building of a size greater than 1000 square feet as permitted in the "SF-lA" zoning district at 1450 Sunshine Lane. The distance shall not vary more than 25% from all property lines. The location is 1414 Whispering Dell Court, being legally described as Block 1, Lot 27, Whispering Dell Estates. The owner/Applicant is Nancy Moffat.
