Jerry Farrier Dear Ms. Shatley:
Sally Hail
W. Ralph Evans I received your request to continue the above
City Manager; referenced case before the Board of Adjustment until

additional time to prepare a revised site plan and to
City "'Secreta'Y provide answers to the Board's questions presented
Sandra L LeGrand during the public hearing on January 10, 1991.
The issues that the Board would like addressed are:

Continental Blvd. to the North, along the
proposed Country Walk Addition to the East,
a. and along the South property line.
2) Limitations of the height and wattage of
the four (4) light standards proposed in the
tee box area.
as 3) Landscaping proposed to enhance the
as aesthetics of the project.
4) Parking as established by the Board.
5) Liability coverage.
6) Safety concerns regarding the height of
the screening devices as well as the wind
velocity it can withstand.
Please submit the revised site plan and any additional
information for the Board review to the City no later
