1. Call to Order.
2. Consider: ZBA Case #203, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 4, "Definitions-
Frontage" which requires that "on reversed frontage corner lots, the front
of the lot shall be construed as the shortest boundary adjacent to a street;
provided; however, that if the shortest boundary adjacent to a street is
80% or more of the length of the longest boundary adjacent to a street,
the applicant may select either frontage for the full depth front yard
required, if the lot width requirements for the district are met. The
applicants request that the 80% provision be varied to allow not less than
58% of the longest boundary adjacent to a street. Owner: Duncan-
Sanders, Inc. Applicants: John and Kathy Allsot. Location: 916 Brazos,
*0 01 being legally described as Lot 93, Block 1, SouthRidge Lakes, Phase VI.
