MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING - FEBRUARY- 8, 1958

A special meeting of the Town Coucil of the Town of Southlake,
Texas was called by the mayor at 7;30 P.M., February 7, 1958•
The follwoing members were present:

Councilmen:
Messrs:

J. J. Carlile

W. C., Cummings
Also present was Mr. J. D. Hall.
The meeting was called to order by the mayor and the deed res-
trictions, the bounds and the platt of the Southlake Park Ad-
dition were presented to the Council by Mr. J.D. Hall for the
Council's approval. All aspects of the restrctions were reviewed
and discussed.
The mayor advised that the restrictions had been previously pre-
sented but were rejected by the mayor and the zoning and plan-
ning commisioner, Frank Denton, due to the wording of paragraph
14. Mr.. Hall stated that the new restrctions were being submitted
with changes made by his attorney under advise from the South-
lake City Attorney, Mr. George Glees:on. The objectional state-
ment of paragraph 14 was removed.
Councilman John Guinn made a motion that a resolution (or ord-
nance) be passed approving the Southlake Park Addition as pre-
scribed and restricted. Councilman J. J. Carlile seconded the
motion and the resolution (ordnance) was passed by a vote of
four for and none against.
The special meeting was then adjournee'.
