Marianne Burton to present to the Southlake Youth Action Commission on
how sales operations function at Legends Hall. No packet item.
B. SYAC Recommendation Letter for Keep Southlake Beautiful – The
purpose of this item is for the Southlake Youth Action Commission to write
a letter of recommendation for Keep Southlake Beautiful for submission
with its Annual Keep Texas Beautiful Report. No packet item.
C. YAC Registration Update- The purpose of this item is for Community
Relations Manager Vicky Schiber to lead a discussion regarding the YAC
Summit and to discuss required information on YAC registration. No

A. 2026 Tree Planting Initiative-
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 3A and
provided the Southlake Youth Action Commission with an overview of
the tree-planting initiative, including its components and the Board’s
expected involvement. She was available to answer questions.

B. YAC Registration-
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 3B to the
Southlake Youth Action Commission and provided an overview of the
schedule for the 2026 YAC Summit. She also reminded members
about early bird registration and was available to answer questions.
