dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the City of Southlake, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and other good and valuable consideration including the benefits that will accrue to my property,
do hereby dedicate same to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas for the use and benefit
of the public as a perpetual right-of-way and easement for the passage and accommodation of
vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and the construction, operation, use, maintenance, inspection,
repair, alteration, and replacement of a paved road within the boundaries of the right-of-way and
easement area, and for all other purposes for which a public street and right-of-way is commonly
used, including but not limited to all such uses permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and the
ordinances and Charter of the City of Southlake, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right-of-way and easement unto the City of Southlake,
its successors and assigns, and Dedicator hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns to warrant
and forever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof.
The terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure
to the benefit of the City of Southlake and its successors and assigns.

all legal prerwquisit.s to the hearing of this suit have been
had and obtained. The Court further finds that the Petitioner,
ROY L. HAMILTON, has voluntarily submitted hi.self to the

The Court finds that the R.spondent, LaHONDA ~O HAMILTON,
did aNn substantial property prior to the marriage, and that
the Petitioner, ROY L. HAMILTON, by fraud and deceit, induced
the Respondent to convey property co him in trust by
representing that he needed to ~ave such property in his ~wn
name to establish credit for the bwnefit of the marriage. The
Petitioner paid nothing for such property, and such transfers
..ere made upon fraudulent representations under circumstances
..here the Respondent remained the equitable and beneficial
owner of such properties.

LaHONDA JO HAMILTON, should be, and she is hereby, confirmed as
the legal and equitable owner cf the following described

a) The unpaid balance of that note and debt owing by ROY L.
HAMILTON to the Northwest B~nk in Roanoke, Texas, and
secured by a mortgage on th~ Ford XLT pickup truck
described above.
b) All other secured and unsecured debts incurred by ROY L.
HAMILTON, both before and during the marriage, including
the unpaid debt and mortgage owing on a certain 1982
Cutlass 2-door automobile which was financed at the
Northwest Bank in Roanoke, Texas, which note was in fact
signed by the Respondent.
