Councilmen present were: 1. J. D Cate 2. W. H. Crumbaker 3. Slim Hearn 4. Earl.Williams Minutes of the September 5th meeting were read and approved. A motion was made by Earl Williams to authorize Bob to audit books. It was seconded by J. D. Cate and was carried unanimously. A second moti was made by Earl Williams and seconded by J. D. Cate to authorize councilmen to inspect court benches and b4!d f they wee gr_sul_ table. It was carried unanimously.o A third motion was made by Earl Williams to add a d6tention room in present building. The motion was seconded by Slim Hearn and was carried unanimously. 9il. 1-0 Q A fourth notion was made by Earl Williams to pay Pat Evans $78.00 on ElectricaS q ipment in present building. The motion was seconded by AL ~ ~ Hearn and carried unanimously. A fifth McIlLon was made by Earl William§lfill our agreement to raise Burl Richardson salary to $500.0 e was seconded by J. D. Cate and carried unanimously. A sixth motion was made by Sl*m Hearn to buy tape and fire extinguisher for police ehied. The motion was seconded by Earl Williams and carried unanimously. J. A motion was made by Earl Williams to authorize Bob Mussina to audit books. It was seconded by J.D. Cate and was carried unanimously. A second motion was made by Earl Williams and seconded by J.D. Cate to authorize councilmen to inspect court benches and to bid not over $50.00 if they are suitable. It was carried unanimously. A third motion was made by Earl Williams to add a detention room in present building. The motion was seconded by Slim Hearn and was carried unanimously. A fourth motion was made by Earl Williams to pay Pat Evans $81.50 on electrical equipment in present building. The motion was seconded by Slim Hearn and carried unanimously. A fifth motion was made by Earl Williams to fullfill our agreement to raise Burl Richardson's salary to $500.00 per month. The motion was seconded by J.D. Cate and carried unanimously. A sixth motion was made by Slim Hearn to buy tape and fire extinguisher for police chief. The motion was seconded by Earl Williams and it carried unanimously. A motion was made to adjourn by J.D.
