A. Introduction
The subject of this Site Plan approval request is a 0.51 acre tract of land, situated along
the west side of Carroll Avenue, approximately 600 feet north of Southlake Blvd., in the
City of Southlake, Texas. It is across the street from Southlake Town Square.
The property was recently zoned TM, and this submittal is for a Site Plan approval for
the Commercial tract of the larger Overlook/ WillowTree Gardens project, and for the
approval of a Bank Use with a single lane drive thru teller, in addition to the previously
approved Office Use. The Site Plan has been refined to address all staff comments, and
complete Conceptual Plans for the building have been prepared, including elevations. We
believe this will be a premier project for Southlake, and are anxious to get started.
