Mayor McCaskill led the pledges of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. 3. HONORS & RECOGNITION: PROCLAMATION FOR THE SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLE KICKOFF The Salvation Army representatives were not able to be present for the acceptance of the proclamation. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor McCaskill announced the City Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 consultation with city attorney and Section 551.087, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations.
