Approval of Bills. 99 CITY OF SOUTHLAKE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL ~ JUNE 5, 1973 The City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, met in the Council Chamber of City Hall in Southlake, Texas, on Tuesday, June 5, 1973, with the following members present: Wade Booker, Mayor Frank Tetrault, Councilman Sam Davis, Councilman Absent: R. D. Drummond, Councilman W. O. Nunn, Councilman Billy Joe Knox, Mayor Pro Tem Also present: William D. Campbell, City Attorney Mayor Booker called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. There being no quorum, the meeting was dismissed. Monthly reports were turned in to the City Secretary to be filed herewith by the Chief of the Fire Department and the Chief of the Police Department. The Mayor and Councilmen present instructed the City Secretary to pay the current bills. Following discussion, the Mayor and Councilmen present proposed spending $3,425 of Revenue Sharing Funds in the following manner: Fireproof Records Safes (2)-$650*; Financial Administration-$500; City Hall Expansion-$1275; Police Department Equipment-$1000.
