A. 2026 Tree Planting Initiative -
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 3A and
provided the Southlake Youth Action Commission with an overview of
the tree -planting initiative, including its components and the Board's
expected involvement. She was available to answer questions.

B. YAC Registration -
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented Item 3B to the
Southlake Youth Action Commission and provided an overview of the
schedule for the 2026 YAC Summit. She also reminded members
about early bird registration and was available to answer questions.

4. Adjournment — Chair Maya Perera adjourned the meeting at 4:36 P.M.
