BEGINNING at a point for corner having Texas Coordinate System of the North American Datum of
1983 (2011), Epoch 2010, North Central Zone grid coordinates of North 7028960.36 feet and East
2387457.13 feet;
THENCE South 00 degrees 45 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 159.83 feet to a found 1/2" iron
rod with cap stamped "ypassociates.com" at the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of
1050.00 feet and whose chord bears South 13 degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of
