. The minutes of the October 14, 1999 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented.

Agenda Item No. 3 Administrative Comments.
Mr. Wright reported the next meeting is scheduled for January 13, 2000. Mr. Wright asked the
board's opinion on canceling the meeting for March 16, 2000 during Spring Break. The board
members present were in favor of canceling the meeting of March 16, 2000.
._Agenda Item # 4 Continuation ZBA # 329 Variance
Case ZBA-329, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the construction of an
accessory building greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height as defined by the
Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (3) for the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size
greater than the one thousand (1,000) square feet permitted in the "SF-IA" Single Family
Residential District. The applicant is requesting to have an accessory building with a height of
fourteen and one-half feet (14'6") as defined by the Uniform Building Code, and to have
accessory buildings with a total area of one thousand six hundred and twenty (1,620) square feet.
The location is 535 Love Henry Court, being legally described as Lot 8, Block 1, Southlake

Estates, and being situated in the L.B.G. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 686, and being approximately
1.765 acres. The current zoning is "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. The
owners/applicants are Francis Nathan and Lisa Bailey.
The applicant was present asked that the meeting be tabled (the reason being only four (4)
members were present) to the next meeting date January 13, 2000.
A motion was made to table and continue ZBA Case No. 331 to the next meeting date of
January 13, 2000.

Case ZBA-335, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the construction of an

Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (3) for the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size
greater than the one thousand (1,000) square feet permitted in the "SF-IA" Single Family
Residential District. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building with a height
of approximately nineteen (19) feet as defined by the Uniform Building Code, with an area of
approximately two thousand eight (2,008) square feet. The location is 331 South White Chapel
Boulevard, being legally described as Lot 6R, Aubrey Estates, situated in the H. Granberry
Survey, Abstract No.581, and being approximately 3.003 acres. The current zoning is "SF-IA"
Single Family Residential District. The applicant is Kenny Anderson Construction and the owner
is E. Todd Tracy.
The applicant submitted a letter asking to withdraw ZBA Case # 335. No action was taken
