Agenda Item No. 2 Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the October 14, 1999 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented.

Agenda Item No. 3 Administrative Comments.
Mr. Wright reported the next meeting are scheduled for December 16, 1999 and December 30,

Agenda Item No. 4 Variance
ZBA Case No.331, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the construction of an
accessory building greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height as defined by the
Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (4) for the construction of an accessory building located in the front yard. The applicant
is requesting to construct a gazebo with a height not to exceed seventeen (17) feet as defined by
the Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit to allow the accessory building
to be located forward of the principal building on the lot. The location is 600 Bob Jones Road,
being legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price No. 992 Addition, being situated in the R.D. Price
Survey, Abstract No. 992D, and being approximately 34.617 acres. The current zoning is "AG"
Agricultural District. The applicant is Robert Remsik and the owners are Thomas and Jacqueline
White.

Mr. Wright, Zoning Assistant, reported that Eight (8) notices were sent to property owners
within 200 feet and there were two (2) responses in favor to the request
Public Hearing.
Jacqueline White, Owner, was present requesting permission to construct a gazebo with a height
not to exceed seventeen (17) feet.
There was no other person wishing to speak either in favor of or in opposition to the request.
Public Hearing Closed.
The findings were stated by Mr. Minder.
A motion subject to the findings was made to approve ZBA Case No. 331 as presented with the
conditions that the gazebo may be used as a guest room for one (1) individual to stay no longer
than one (1) month at a time and no more than three (3) months in a one (year) period.

servants or family quarters. The applicant is requesting a permit to have servants or family
quarters of approximately four hundred eighteen (418) square feet housed within the horse barn.
The location is 600 Bob Jones Road, being legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price No. 992
Addition, being situated in the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No. 992D, and being approximately

Case ZBA-334, Variance to Ordinance No. 480 Section 14.5.d, minimum rear yard requirement
of thirty-five (35) feet. The applicant is requesting to have an attached garage encroach not more
than sixteen (16) feet into the rear yard setback. The location is1100 La Paloma Court, being
legally described as Lot 9R, Block 1, The Lakes of La Paloma, being approximately 1.377 acres
situated in the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract No. 899. The current zoning is "SF-20A" Single
Family Residential District. The owner/applicants are Dan and Lisa Moody.
