Agenda Item #2 Approval of the Minutes.
The minutes of the September 16, 1999 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as
presented.

Vote: 5 - 0 to approve as presented.
Agenda Item #3 Administrative Comments.
Mr. Art Wright, Zoning Assistant, reported the next regular scheduled meetings would be
October 14, 1999 and October 28, 1999.
Agenda Item #4 ZBA Case # 330 Special Exception
ZBA Case No.330, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3)
for the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than
the one thousand (1,000) square feet permitted in the "SF-lA" Single Family Residential District.
The applicant is requesting to have an accessory building with a total area of one thousand eight
hundred (1,800) square feet. The location is 1500 Sunshine Lane, being legally described as Lot
1R, F. Throop No. 1511 Addition, being situated in the F. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511,
and being approximately 5.9 acres. The current zoning is "SF-IA" Single Family Residential
District. The applicant is Robert W. Derr.
Mr. Wright, Zoning Assistant, reported that twelve (12) notices were sent to property owners
within 200 feet and there were four (4) responses in favor to the request

Robert W. Derr, applicant, was present requesting a Special Exception to construct a barn with
a total area of one thousand eight hundred (1800) square feet that will be located in the building
envelope as shown on the exhibit. Mr. Derr presented to the Board a brochure from the company
that will be constructing the barn.
There was no other person wishing to speak either in favor of or in opposition to the request.
Public Hearing Closed.
The findings were stated by Mr. Minder.
A motion subject to the findings was made to approve ZBA Case No.330 as presented.
