Location: On the southeast corner of East Southlake Boulevard (F.M. 1709) and South Carroll Avenue, being legally described as Tract 7A situated in the John J. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 529, and being approximately 29.5 acres. Current zoning is "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District. Applicants: Oak Tree Estates Homeowners Association. Public Hearing.
