All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board and will be enacted with
one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event
the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

METROPORT TEEN COURT ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

In Attendance: Councilmember Chuck Taggart (Southlake), Vice -Chair Devika Seth (Southlake), Councilmember
Tag Green (Keller), Susan Baum (Colleyville), Chair Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine), Councilmember Sean Shope
(Grapevine), and Kevin Sellers (Grapevine).
Absent: Kara Carreras (Southlake), Councilmember Tim Raine (Colleyville), Sayeda Sayed (Colleyville), and Jennifer
Larson (Keller). Rebecca Tovar from Keller has resigned from the board.
REGULAR SESSION:
Call to order at 5:46 by Marjorie Lewis
REPORTS:
2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
Teen Court staff gave a presentation regarding final FY25 referral information for both Metroport Teen Court
and the Juvenile Youth Diversion Program.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from September 8, 2025 Meeting.
Motion to approve made by Susan Baum and seconded by Chuck Taggart_ Unanimous approval by board.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. . Action: Appoint Teen Court Advisory Board Chair and Vice -Chair for FY26
Motion made by Devika Seth and seconded by Susan Baum to re -appoint Marjorie Lewis as Chair. Motion
passed unanimously. Motion made by Devika Seth and seconded by Tag Green to appoint Chuck Taggart as
Vice -Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Update: Dates to Remember
Teen Court holiday lunch will be on December 8 from 12:00-2:00pm. Next Teen Court advisory board meeting
will be on January 12, 2026.
6. Public Forum: There was no public present at this time.
7. Meeting adjourned at 6:11 pm Motion to adjourn was made by Tag Green and seconded by Chuck Taggart.
