REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING November 15, 2001
LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of
this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive
session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in
executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized
by Section 551.071, including items posted on this agenda.
2. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
REGULAR AGENDA: 6:30 P.M.
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of the September 27, 2001 Regular Board of Adjustment
Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Amendment to the City of Southlake Board of Adjustment Rules of
Procedure.
5. Consider: Case ZBA-378, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 21.5k
requiring the impervious coverage of each lot in the "C-2" Local
Retail Commercial District not to exceed 70%. The applicant is
requesting a variance to allow an impervious coverage of 73%.
Public Hearing
6. Consider: Case ZBA-379, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 43.9c.2a and
Section 8.5c, requiring a front yard setback of 50 feet on Southlake
Blvd and a side yard setback of 15 feet. The applicant is requesting a
variance to allow a front yard setback of approximately 49 feet and a
side yard setback of 13 feet.
Public Hearing
7. Training session for amortization procedures.
8. Meeting Adjourned.
