Agenda Item #2 Approval of the Minutes. The minutes of the meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented. Ms. Tara Brooks, Planner, reported there were no scheduled meetings for April 2001 and the next regular meeting would be May 10, 2001. Agenda Item #4 ZBA Case #360, Special Exception Use. ZBA Case #360, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for servant's quarters. The applicant is requesting a servants quarters of approximately seven hundred ten (710) square feet housed within the principal residential dwelling. The location is 1825 Maranatha Way, being legally described as Tracts 2A3, 2A3A, 2A3A1, 2A3B, 2A5 being approximately 18.419 acres, and being situated in the William Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1068. The current zoning: "AG" Agricultural District and "SF-113" Single Family Residential District. The owner and applicant is Yin Chun Chang. Public Hearing. A motion subject to the findings was made to approve ZBA Case # 360 as presented. ZBA Case # 363, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting a family quarters of approximately six hundred (600) square feet housed within the principal residential dwelling. The location is 1050 Lakewood Drive, being legally described as Lot 14, Lakewood Acres Addition, and being approximately 1.37 acres. The current zoning is"SF-lA" Single Family Residential District. The applicant is Hentzen Construction. Public Hearing Ms. Brooks, Planner, reported that eleven (11) notices were sent to property owners within 200 feet and there were two (2) responses in favor to the request C. P. The applicant is requesting a family quarters of approximately one thousand six hundred (1,600) square feet detached from the principal residential dwelling. Location: 201 Pine Drive, being legally described as Lots 2A1D, 2A1B, & 2A2 of the Obediah W. Knight Survey, Abstract No. 899, and being approximately 3.0 acres. The current zoning is "AG" Agricultural District. The owner/applicant is Bryan Elliot. Ben Bryner, Planner, reported that nineteen (19) notices were sent to property owners within 200 feet and there was no response to the request Public Hearing.
