Agenda Item #2 Approval of the Minutes.
The minutes of the April 27, 2000 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented.

Agenda Item #3 Administrative Comments.
Mr. Art Wright, Zoning Assistant, reported a meeting will be held on July 27, 2000 (2 cases).
Agenda Item #4 ZBA Case #349 Special Exception
ZBA Case No. 349, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1)
for family quarters. The applicant is requesting to have family quarters with a total area of
approximately eight hundred forty-two (842) square feet attached to the principal dwelling.
Location: 1619 Pheasant Lane, being legally described as Lot 7, Block 1, Pheasant Ridge
Addition, and being approximately 1.0 acres. Current zoning is "SF-lA" Single Family
Residential District. Applicant is Womans Touch Custom Homes. Owners are Paul and Laura
Gallagher.
Mr. Wright, Zoning Assistant, presented the board with a message from the applicant to
withdraw ZBA Case # 349.
No action was needed.
