Agenda Item # 1 Call to Order: Chairman Lewis Miltenberger called the meeting to order
at 6:30:21 p.m.
Agenda Item # 2 Approval of the Minutes:
The minutes of the March 16, 2006 Regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting were
deemed approved at 6:31:02 p.m. as presented.

Vote: 6-0-0 to Approve
Agenda Item #3 ZBA Case #482, Special Exception Use Permit for an accessory
buildinu located in the front yard.
Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (4), for accessory
buildings located in the front yard. The applicant is requesting to have an accessory building
to be used as a pump house located in the front yard.
The property is located at 911 S. White Chapel Boulevard, being legally described as Lot 6,
H. Granberry No. 581 Addition, and being approximately 7.84 acres.
Mr. Bryner reported that twenty four (24) notices were sent and two (2) responses were
received, Francis Bernitt, 921 S. Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, Texas in favor and Ken
Englehart, 805 Boston Drive, Southlake, Texas undecided.
The applicant Robert Dean, 911 S. White Chapel Boulevard, Southlake, Texas, presented
the item to the Board and answered questions.
Chairman Miltenberger opened the public hearing at 6:38:05 p.m.
Bill LaFavers, 520 S. White Chapel Boulevard, Southlake, Texas spoke in favor at 6:41:00
p. M.
Chairman Miltenberger closed the public hearing at 6:42:17 p.m.
Greg Standerfer made a motion that case no. ZBA-482 was approved as presented with the
stipulation as follows: the building be no closer than 300 feet to Eastern right of way limit of
S. White Chapel Boulevard.

Agenda Item #4 ZBA Case #483, Variance to height of accessory building.
Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e), requires that accessory buildings shall not
exceed one story of fourteen (14) feet in height The applicant is requesting to construct a
single story accessory building with a height of approximately sixteen (16) feet
The property is located at 1903 Ptarmigan Street, being legally described as Lot 3R, Block
2, Regal Oaks Addition, and being approximately 1.24 acres.
The applicant Christopher Lucas, 1903 Ptarmigan Street, Southlake, Texas, presented items
to the Board.
Chairman Miltenberger opened and closed the public hearing at 6:50:54 p.m.
Greg Standerfer made a motion that case no. ZBA-483 was approved as presented with the
approval of their HOA.
