2. Approval of Minutes of the June 30, 2005 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-450, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements
of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to
construct a detached garage of approximately two thousand eight hundred (2,800)
square feet of floor area. Location: 1701 Randol Mill Avenue, being legally
described as Lot IF, Block 1, Loma Vista, and being approximately 1.00 acre.
Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Mike
McGovern.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-462, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements
of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to
construct a barn of approximately nine hundred (900) square feet of floor area and to
add approximately five hundred (500) square feet to an existing accessory building
making the total square footage for accessory buildings approximately two thousand
four hundred (2,400) square feet. Location: 695 S. Kimball Avenue, being legally
described as Lot 8, Meadow Oaks Subdivision, and being approximately 2.41 acres.
Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Carey &
Kelly Pearson.

6. Consider: Case ZBA-464, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements
of the zoning district in which the property lies and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480,
Section 34.2 (e) requiring an accessory building no greater than one story or fourteen
(14) feet in height. The applicant is requesting to construct a detached garage of one
thousand one hundred fifty-two (1,152) square feet with the proposed garage having
a height of approximately fifteen (15) feet. Location: 155 West Jellico Circle, being
legally described as Lot 13, Jellico Estates, and being approximately 2.19 acres.
Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: N. Hiram &
Emily Saunders.

7. Consider: Case ZBA-465, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements
of the zoning district in which the property lies, a Special Exception Use Permit per
Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (4) permitting accessory buildings located in the
front yard, and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e) requiring an
accessory building no greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height. The
applicant is requesting to construct a detached garage of approximately three
thousand four hundred (3,400) square feet located in the front yard with the proposed
garage having three stories and a height of approximately twenty (20) feet. Location:
1224 Wyndham Lane, being legally described as Lot 37R, Block 2, Monticello Phase
III, and being approximately 2.261 acres. Current Zoning: "R-PUD" Residential
Planned Unit Development District. Applicant: David J. & Teresa E. Disiere.

(1), for servant/family quarters. The applicant is requesting to have a family quarter
as part of an accessory building. Location: 1224 Wyndham Lane, being legally
described as Lot 37R, Block 2, Monticello Phase 111, and being approximately 2.261
acres. Current Zoning: "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit Development District.
Applicant: David J. & Teresa E. Disiere.
