The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use per Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(1), for a domestic employee or family quarters on property described as Lot 9R, Block B, Lakewood Ridge Addition, and located at 4488 Soda Ridge Rd.
