Approve the minutes of the September 29, 2025, Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities meeting K�11171C•77•7�11'ii1 (This is the Public's opportunity to address the Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities regarding non -agenda items. During this proceeding, the Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities will not discuss, consider, or act on any item presented. We respectfully ask that anyone stepping forward to speak during the Public Forum please limit remarks to three minutes.) 4. Executive Session A. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076, 551.087, 418.183(f), and 418.106(d) & (e). Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated herein. CALL TO ORDER Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities Chair Laura McCaskill called the meeting to order at 6:31 P.M. 2. CONSENT AGENDA aim Chair Laura McCaskill presented item 2A, approval of the minutes from the September 29, 2025, Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities. Chair McCaskill mentioned Marissa Mahon's name was misspelled in the September Minutes. A motion was made to approve the minutes from the September 29, 2025, Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities meeting with the suggested change. Direction to Staff: N/A Director of Community Services, David Miller, and Deputy Director of Community Services, Ryan McGrail, presented Item 5A to the Commission. McGrail discussed community partnerships with the City of Grapevine and gave details on current available programs from an inclusion perspective. McGrail also mentioned a partnership with Abilities Ignited. They were available to answer questions. DISCUSS FISCAL YEAR 2026 DRAFT STRATEGIC PRIORITIES SURVEY RESULTS Assistant City Manager Stacey Black presented Item 5B and discussed the survey results along with the draft Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities Work Plan. Direction to Staff: N/A 5C. REVIEW DRAFT LOGO CONCEPTS UPDATES Assistant City Manager Stacey Black presented Item 5C and presented the updated logo concepts that were discussed during the September ACPD meeting. Direction to Staff: ACPD directed staff to use Logo Concept 1. 5D. DISCUSS FUTURE MEETING LOGISTICS AND NOVEMBER MEETING DATE Chair Laura McCaskill presented Item 5D, and the Advisory Commission on Persons with Disabilities changed the November meeting from November 24, 2025, to November 17, 2025. Direction to Staff: N/A 5E. DISCUSS CITIZEN SATISFACTION SURVEY Assistant to the City Manager, Stacey Black, presented Item 5E and discussed the Citizen Satisfaction Survey, and was available to answer questions.
