The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(2), for an accessory building of a size greater than permitted on property described as Lot 17, Block 3, Southlake Meadows Phase 1, and located at 901 Charleston Drive.
