Board Members to introduce themselves.

Business Manager Milenka Lopez led a discussion on the upcoming
events and asked the Southlake Youth Action Commission for their
ideas on what they would like to see for the forthcoming year.

Administrative Assistant Taygan McBurney led the discussion on the
Team Building Activity.

Business Manager Milenka Lopez led a workshop that went over
creating a Mission, Theme, and Goals for the upcoming Southlake
Youth Action Commission year. The SYAC board members present
created the Mission, Vision, and Goals for the upcoming SYAC years.

E. T-shirt Design
Business Manager Milenka Lopez led a discussion with the Southlake
Youth Action Commission Board members to come up with a design
for the annual t-shirt.

F. 2025-2026 Strategic Priorities Workshop
Director of Community Services David Miller led the SYAC 2025-2026
Strategic Priorities Workshop and was available to answer questions.
