Maya Perera presented item 2A for SYAC consideration, and Business
Manager Milenka Lopez was available to answer questions.

Action Commission meeting held on May 12, 2025.

Southlake Youth Action Commission, and each board member and
alternate introduced themselves.

Administrative Assistant, Taygan McBurney, presented Item 3B to the
Southlake Youth Action Commission, and the members participated in
the Ice Breaker Activity.

C. Calendar Review -
Business Manager, Milenka Lopez, presented Item 3C and went over
the FY 2025-2026 Calendar Year. She was available to answer
questions. SYAC Board Members led discussions over yearly
expectations.

Business Manager, Milenka Lopez, presented Item 3D and reviewed
the SYAC Bylaws, and was available to answer questions.
