The minutes of the September 08, 2025, Parks and Recreation Board meeting were
approved with no changes or corrections.
Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are enacted with one motion by
the Board.
A motion was made to approve the Consent items, including the minutes of the Park
Board meeting held on September 08, 2025.

Chair Battles opened the Public Forum at 6:02 p.m.
Bryan and Lexi Cox, 808 Parkdale Court, Southlake, TX 76092, expressed an interest in
Sand Volleyball throughout the Southlake Parks.
Chair Battles advised Director Miller to follow up with the residents and closed the Public
Forum at 6:06 p.m.
Director Miller presented item 4A to the Park Board for consideration. Director Miller was
available to answer questions.
A motion was made to recommend the 2026 Standards of Care Ordinance No. 1297

and Athletics Task Force and was available to answer questions.

513. TRAPS NORTH PARKS MAINTENANCE RODEO RECAP
Deputy Director of Community Services, Fince Espinoza, presented Item 5B, providing
an overview of how the Southlake Community Services team hosted the TRAPS North
Parks Maintenance Rodeo. He also shared how the teams performed in each event and
was available to answer questions.

Director of Community Services, David Miller, provided a Parks and Recreation update
and was available to answer questions.
