Director Dennis Killough made note that the next Corridor Meeting will be Monday, October
27th 2025, at 5:30pm and the next Planning & Zoning meeting on October 23rd, 2025, will be
cancelled.

Principal Planner Wayne Powell provided a formal presentation of Item 6. No questions were
asked.
The applicant, Jody Boyd, 180 State Street, Southlake, Tx., was present.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Seeing no one Chairman Kubiak closed the
public hearing.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, ZA25-0064 subject to the Staff Report dated October
31, 2025, and the Plat Revision Summary No. 1 dated October 3rd, 2025.
