the August 26, 2025, Southlake Arts Council meeting.

4A. APPROVE THE PUBLIC ART DISPLAY PERMIT FOR THE PAUL VIGILETTI
EXHIBIT IN JANUARY 2026.
Business Manager Milenka Lopez presented Item 4A and was available to
answer questions. Mr. Paul Vigiletti of 604 Summertree Ct. Colleyville, TX
76034 presented his artwork in person and was available to answer
questions.

A motion was made to deny the Paul Vigiletti Exhibit in January 2026 as a
solo exhibit, with the idea to consider inclusion in a future Southlake
Presents art exhibit.

5. DISCUSSION
5A. REVIEW OF MSC CALL TO ARTISTS FINALIST SUBMISSIONS
Business Manager of Community Services, Milenka Lopez, presented the
finalists' submissions, and the Southlake Arts Council discussed additional
revisions to the submissions. The Arts Council will revisit the discussion in
October.

5B. FALL EXHIBIT DISCUSSION
Business Manager of Community Services, Milenka Lopez, presented Item 4B,
and the Arts Council discussed possible weekday evening receptions for the next
art exhibit.

Community Services Business Manager Milenka Lopez provided an update on the
Public Art Program and was available to answer questions.
