The property is located at 190 S. White Chapel Boulevard
Development Details
The applicant is requesting a zoning change and site plan for medical office buildings.
The current zoning is CS Community Service District; the proposed zoning is O-1
Office District. The current land use designation is Office Commercial which is consistent
with this zoning request. There is currently one existing building that is one-story and
approximately 2,366 square feet. The applicant is proposing to add 950 square feet on
the west side. The request also includes a Phase 2 building that is one-story and
approximately 3,700 square feet.

meeting, however, two people came in after the meeting adjourned and talked briefly
