The purpose 01' this Agreement is to state the terms and

In consideration of the services to be performed by -

by the Assussor-Collector.
2. A reasonable cost, for start-up services in the amount

to compensate, the Assessor -Collector for said service.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall become eftective as of the date herein
above stated, and steals continue in effect for a period of one "(1)

IV.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE
STATUTES, ORDINANCES, AND REGULATIONS
In performing the -services required by it under this agreement-,
the Assessor --Collector shall comply with all applicable federal, state,.
county statutes, ordinances and regulations. If such compliance is
impossible; for rear -.-ons beyond its control, the Assessor -Collector shall
immediately notify the City of that fact and the reasons therefore.
V.
Dr;POSIT OF FUNDS
All fund,; collected by the Assessor -Collector in the
performance of the se_r•viees stated herein for the City shall be

deposited in the First City National Bank of Colle ville located
within Tarrant County, Texas,

Any notik-,es to be given hereunder by either party to
the other may be effected either by personal delivery, in writing',
or by mail, regist'red or certified, postage pre -paid with return
receipt requested. Mztiled notices shall be addressed to the addresses
of 'the part:it s as they appear in the introductory paragraph of this
Agreement, but each party may change his address by written notice
in accordance with this paragraph.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
