CITIZENS ADVISORY GROUP ( SEWER )
FUNCTION
The Group's functions are to work with the members of the Planning and
Zoning Commission to develop a comphrehensive Sewer Plan by:
a) Gathering date from pertinent organizations or agencies.b) Performing studies and holding discussions.
c) Defining requirements or needs of Southlake.
d) Establishing priorities and swquence.
e) Evaluating population trends and effects.
f) Evaluating cost and financing.

LIAISON
I
A member of the Planning and Zoning Commission will attend each meeting oftheGrouptoactasliaison.
ORGANIZATION
The committee shall consist of registered electors appointed by the MayorandapprovedbytheCouncil, one of which has been designated as chairperson.
MEETINGS
The Committee shall meet in work sessions at least twice each month. Allmeetingsshallbepostedandopentothepublic. A simple majority of membersshallconstituteaquorum.
TERM
The life of this Committee shall be six months unless extended or shortenedbytheCityCouncil.
ATTENDANCE
It is expected that each member of the Committee shall attempt to attend
every meeting, but it is understood that emergencies will occur. Should amemberoftheCommitteemissthreeconsecutivemeetings, it will be assumed thatthemembernolongerdesirestoserveonthecommitteeandthatmemberwillbe .removed. Should a member submit a written justification to the Chairperson priortothethirdabsence, this will be taken into consideration.
END PRODUCT
A written report will be prepared documenting the Group's recommendationsfortheComphrehensiveSewerPlanThereportshallincludetheelementsof aplanforprovidingsewagetoallofSouthlake. The Plan shall address the following:
a) Types of systems, proposed and geographic areas served.
b) Priorities and sequesnce/timetable recommended.
c) Governmental requirements.
d) Interface agencies.
e) Proposed financing methods ( for each sequent of system if proposedincrementally).
Incremental reports on specific subjects or aspects of the plan can berequestedbytheCouncil, the Planning and Zoning Commission, or the Mayor.

application, hereby stipulates the facts concerning the matter in controversy
and respectfully requests the acceptance and approval of the same in accord-
ante with the existing "Light Industrial" zoning under and by virtue of ord-
inance number 161- 5 passed and adopted by the city of Southlake Texas on the
15th day of July 1969, and it is accordingly stipulated as follows:
