RESOLUTION NO. 76-5
WHEREAS, there was held in the City of Southlake,
Texas, on the 3rd day of April, 1976, an election
for City Councilmen in Places 3, 4, and 5; And,
WHEREAS, there were cast at said election 403 votes
as shown in the official election returns heretofore
lawfully submitted to the City Council of the CityofSouthlake, Texas, and filed with the City Secre-
tary of said City; And,
WHEREAS, only duly qualified resident electors of
said City voted at said election, and said election
was called and held in strict conformity with the
laws of the State of Texas; And,
WHEREAS, the results of said election were.duly can-
vassed by the City Council of the City of Southlake
on the 5th day of April, 1976, and showed the follow-
ing results:
Place 3: Martin Pat)Hawk 291 votes
Sam Davis 105 votes
Mike Tate 1 vote
Bob Mussina 1 vote
J. W. Sullivan 1 vote
Place 4: Bob Goode 309 votes
James H. Winfrey 88 votes
Place 5: Colon A;,<.:84zeet 288 votes
Billy Joe Knox 109 votes
Les Clow

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOFSOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The above canvass be and the same is hereby in all thingsapproved.
2. Martin Pat) Hawk be and is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office of Councilman, Place 3, to serve un-
til April, 1978; Bob Goode be and is hereby declared to
have been elected to the office of Councilman, Place 4, to
serve until April, 1978; and, Colon A. Sweet be and is here-
by declared to have been elected to the office of Council-
man, Place 5, to serve until April, 1978.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, 1976.

MIENTRAS QUE; hubo tenido en la Ciudad de South-
lake, Tejas, en el tres dia de Abril, 1976, un
eleccion por Concejales de la Ciudad en Posiciones
3, 4 y 5; Y,
MIENTRAS QUE, hubo depositado a dicho eleccion 403
votos como demostrado en los resultados oficiales de
eleccion antes legalmente sometido al Ayuntamiento
de la Ciudad de Southlake, Tejas, y puesto en fila
con el Secretario de la Ciudad de dicho Ciudad; Y,
MIENTRAS QUE, solo electores debidamentes calificados
residentes de dicho Ciudad votado a dicho eleccion, y
dicho eleccion fue proclamado y tenido en conformidad
estricto con las leyes del estado de Tejas; Y,
MIENTRAS QUE, los resultados de dicho eleccion fue
solicitado debidamente por el Ayuntamiento de la
Ciudad de Southlake en el cinco dia de Abril, 1976,
y demostrado los resultados siguiente:

todas cosas aprobado.
2. Martin Pat) Hawk sea y esta por esto declarado haber sido
elegido al oficio de Concejal, Posicion 3,servir hasta Abril,
1978; Bob Goode sea y esta por esto declarado haber sido elegido
al oficio de Concejal, Posicion 4, servir hasta Abril, 1978; Y,
Colon A. Sweet sea y esta porIesto declarado haber sido elegido
al oficio de Concejal, Posicion 5, servir hasta Abril, 1978.
