My commission expires June 1, 1976. 161 RESOLUTION NO. 76-21 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, did pass and approve Ordinance No. 203, wherein provision is made for the appointment of members to the Planning & Zoning Commission; And, WHEREAS, Bob Pasley was duly appointed to said commission for a term of three years, said term expiring May 1, 1978, under Resolution No. 75-12; And, WHEREAS, Bob Pasley has found it necessary to resign from the Commission for personal reasons and the City Council accepts his resignation; And, WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the,Council to fill said unexpired term; Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: Brad Popkin be and is hereby appointed to the Planning & Zoning Commission to serve until May 1, 1978, the unexpired term of Bob Pasley.- PASSED AND APPROVED this f}day of J6a 1976.
