1976-06-15 CC PacketX16 RESOLUTION NO. 76-16 WHEREAS, the City of Southlake has certain radio equipment for the operation of its emergency services on behalf of its citizens; And, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake deems it to be to the best interest of its citizens to see that such radio equipment is operational at all times; And, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake wishes to contract for monthly maintenance service of said equipment; Now, THEREFORE,.-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT : The Mayor of the City of Southlake, Texas, be and is hereby authorized to sign a maintenance agreement with Bell Communi- cations, Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas, to service the City's radio equipment at a monthly cost of $235.50 until such contract is terminated by either party, upon thirty days notice. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15th day of June, 1976. Mayor ATTEST: City Secretary 117 RESOLUTION NO.-76-17 WHEREAS, it is encumbent upon the City Council of the City of Southlake to call a meeting of the Board of Equalization each year for the purpose of adjusting any inequities which might exist upon the Tax Rolls; And, WHEREAS, three members and an alternate are appointed to serve on this Board for for such meeting each year; And, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFSOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: 1. The 1976 Board of Equalization is hereby called to meet atCityHallinSouthlake, 667 North Carroll Avenue, on Saturday,July 17, 1976, from 9 A.M. until Noon. 2.
