not conform to our current CCRs as far as architectural style
and design.

I am also opposed to having construction traffic inundating
Remade Ct. for the duration of the construction project. I
believe this will put the children who play in this cup -de -sac and
walk to the bus stop at risk.
Additionally, I am opposed to adding these lots to our HOA and
rezoning this area as multi -family.
If this project can be completed from Johnson Road (sitting on
site 1 while completing 2 and 3 for example), not rezoning, and
not becoming part of our HOA, I'm open to it though I will miss
that pasture land.
