WHEREAS, after receipt of request for change of Zoning, notice
given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hewing 'published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance
with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Sputhlalce, Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it ordained by the City Council' of the City of SouthlAke, Uxas
S9LT1 ,N _1.The certain Ordinance, 16. 161" passed by t City Council of the
City of Southlake, Texas, January 7, 1969, and being the "'Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance" is hereby andod insofar as the, twenty-five acres of land,
more or lass, out of the D. Douthit Survey, Abstract No. 448, and the R. D. Price
Survey, Abstract Noi 1207, Tarrant County, Texas, more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:.
BEGINNING at a stake in,the North line of the D:chit -
Survey 93-1/2 varas best of its Northeast corner;
TFl1CE West 252-19/1.'00 varas to a stake in said North line;
THENCE South 950 varas crusstng the South line of said Douthit
Survey in all 1200 vara:s a stake;
THENCE East`35-69/100 varas to a stone;
THENCE North 250 varas to a stone, the Southeast corner of the

THENCE West 93-1/2 varas ar stake in the South line of said

is changed from its prior zoning classification of A6 (Agriculture) District
to a zoning classification of A-2 (Residential) District.
SEC Tice official Zoning Map created by said Ordinance No. 161 is
tereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this
rtnance.
ON The said Ordinance pia.- 161, except as amended by this Ordinance
lo. 161-50 and prior ordinance ameMkwnts, remains in effect in'all other
aspects as originally passed. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage.
