Mayor and Council City of Southlake, Texas Gentlemen:i At the regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission i'held November 28, 1972, ZA-72•-7 and •ZA-72-8 were recommended for approval of.a change nnzzoning from Ag District to P.U.D.. upon the condition that the following items be incorporated in the adopting ordinance: 1. The Dove Creek Report. 2. The Dove Creek Supplemental Report: A. 120 feet of right of way dedicated alongd I Carroll Avenue. B. 120 feet of right of way dedicated along Highland Street. C. The street on the north of the tract be~dedicated with at least half 401) of an 80 foot right of way.i~ D. The preliminary and final plat should have a note stating that "no parking" will be permitted on the interior public streets. E. The street on the north side of the commer- cial tract and Section 1 should be cul-d- saced, it should not penetrate to the east. F. The street on the east side of the tract should be held in abeyance until a plan for the adjacent property is prepared. G. Delineation of open space and inclusion of a proposal fora future Home Owners Associ- ation for the care and maintenance of same.
