Mayor and Council of Southlake Re: ZA-72-12, Trail Creek" PUD request of Love-Henry Associates At its regularly scheduled meeting held November 14, 1972, it was unanimously agreed by the members of the Planning & Zoning Commission to recommend approval of the above entitled request subject to the following conditions which are to be incorporated in the ordinance passed by the City Council amending ordinance No_. 161 to reflect such change: 1. The Development Plan of Trail Creek shall be to the following proportions as presented in the overall concept with a pos- sible fluctuation of not more than two per cent 2%)--75% residential, 9% commercial, 9% multi-family, and 7% open space. 2. Deed restrictions as to building size, set back, side yard,etc. 3. Dedication of right-of-way on the north/south main collector street, and the east/west main collector street, as well as the east/west street on the north side of the property is to be clearly defined. 4., A development schedule submitted: A. Description of each development phase. B. Sequential development of phases, including open sp&ce and thoroughfares. 5. Dedication of open space. 6. Single family districts to be limited to a maximum overall density of three 3) houses per acre. Respectfully submitted: PLANNING & ZONING OMM SSION BY:Av?e 10 E i et St c ey, cy. 180 RESOLTTION NO. 72-22 WHEREAS, a meeting of representatives of the Cities of Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake was held November 9, 1972, for the purpose of discussing the possi- bility of sharing law enforcement facilities; And, WHEREAS, it was discerned that an economic j advantage could be gained by each City in using such a facility jointly; Now,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, that: 1 The City of Southlake is interested in sharing law enforce- ment facilities with the Cities of Grapevine and Colleyville.' 2. The City of Southlake is interested in securing facts and figures and other pertinent details regarding such a facility. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of A.
