WHEREAS, after receipt of request for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. The certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7, 1969, and being the""Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the twenty-one acres of land, more or less, owned by Anderson Industries, Incorporated, out of the Thomas Mahan Survey, Abstract No. 1049, Tarrant' County, Texas, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Kimball AvenueTarrantCountyRoadNo. 3119), said point being the mostSoutheastcornerofatractconveyedbyT; F. Monroe andwife, Cara Holmes, to A. J. Musick and wife, Marguerite,by Deed dated December 14, 1948, and recorded In Volume2054, Page 38 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas,and more particularly described as follows;THENCE from said point of beginning along the centerlineofKimballAvenueNorth1319.44 feet to a point for corner;THENCE West a distance of 235.80 feet to a point;THENCE North 8$1:47' 11" West a distance of 311,62 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 26" 46' 01" West a distance of 440,49 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 40 26' West a distance of 105.0 feet to a point; THENCE South a distance of 830.10 feet to a point in the South line of the above described Musick tract;THENCE East a distance of 753,70 feet to the-place of beginning and containing 21,9078 acres of land, ofwhich0.7572 acres is in the right-of-wale of KimballAvenue, is changed from its prior zoning classification of A8 (Agriculture) District to a zoning classification of F (Light Industrial) District.
