RESOLUTION NO. 72-14
WHEREAS, the Tax Equalization Board held
its annual meeting July 29, 1972; And
WHEREAS, the Tax Roll was duly examined
by the Board and accepted as submitted
by the Tax Assessor, M. E. Whiteside; And
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the
property in the City of Southlake has not
had an overall re-evaluation since 1968;
Now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The Tax Assessor be hereby directed to make a re-evaluation of
all property inside the corporate limits of the City of South-
lake for tax purposes in order that taxation be kept at a fair
and equitable value for all property owners.
2.
That the values of such property be ascertained for the 1973
Tax Roll.
