WHEREAS, after receipt of request for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. THAT, the official map and boundaries of the City of Southlake, Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be and is hereby amended so as to include the aforementioned territory as part of the City of Southlake, Texas. 9. THAT, in accordance with Section IV-4 of Ordinance No. 161, the land made the basis of this annexation proceeding is here- by zoned "Ag" Agriculture) District.
