City Secretary 125 CITY OF SOUTHLAKE EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 29, 1976 The City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, met in emergency session for consideration of availability of ambulance equipment and service in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 667 North Carroll Avenue in Southlake on Tues- day, June 29, 1976, with the following members present: Wade Booker, Mayor Pat Hawk, Mayor Pro Tem W. 0. Nunn, Councilman Ben H. Berry, Councilman Bob Goode, Councilman Colon A. Sweet, Councilman Staff members present: W. D. Campbell, City Attorney D. R. Hughes, Police Chief R. P. The Mayor informed the Council that on the present basis of using Mid-Cities and the City of Grapevine ambulance service, representing thirteen calls. Dis- cussion followed, with Fire Chief Steele addressing the Council regarding his views on the need for ambulance service. Following more discussion, the Council decided additional infor- mation should be obtained in time for the next regular Council meeting July 6th.
